Cannes 2020: Reflections…more about this film…

With the 2020 edition of the festival more or less cancelled, we had a chance to look at the Cannes Festival experience with our presenters…

WE HOPE you’re making the very most of the bank holiday weekend (in the UK) and catch up on some online viewing…
We were all set to cover this year’s Cannes Film Festival in full – ie stay the full duration from May 12-23; sadly, it wasn’t to be…
But it did allow us all to take a step back and delve into our archive and ask the team, individually and collectively, about their experiences. Cannes still matters – whatever people might tell you differently…the films, and the film personalities, which are selected, and, who attend make or break Cannes every year…
We wanted to share the highs, the lows and some of the funny bits along the way – not everything made the final cut – we wanted to be as informative and insightful, as possible and let some of the images do the talking for us.
