AS THE LONDON Indian Film Festival 2018 drew to a close on Friday, June 29 and its Birmingham edition closedthe next day and the Manchester programme concluding on Sunday, July 1 – Sunny Grewal from Sunny and Shay looked back at the festival and its highlights. He also asked Sailesh Ram, editor of acv, about the importance of film festivals and why we should look out for them and attend them, where we can!
Sunny, A LIFF ambassador, was also joined in the studio by Prashant Kapoor, who featured in ‘Boogie Man‘, the closing film of the UK Asian Film Festival in March. Actor Darshan Jariwala also made it – he features in the new British comedy, ‘Eaten by Lions‘ which won the audience award at LIFF this year.
