🎥 Reviews Dil Bechara, Indian Matchmaking, and Bandish Bandits

In this show of the ACV Bird Eye Review Show, Episode 4, Natalie Barrass looks at Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film, ‘Dil Bechara’ (‘The Helpless Heart’). The Bollywood star died at his Mumbai home in June and was reported to have taken his own life. Since that time, there has been considerable soul-searching in Bollywood and Natalie considers all that up front in our news round-up (see also Love in the time of Corona clip) the film itself – which is on the surface, a weepy romantic affair – with two star-crossed lovers facing difficult decisions as they both battle cancer.
She also looks at Netflix sensation – ‘Indian Matchmaking’ cutting through the blabber to get to the meat of the show – is it worth watching…? See what our Nat has to say about it…
Finally, but certainly not lastly, she turns her beady bird eye to Amazon Prime Original ‘Bandish Bandits’ – seen our interviews with new stars Shreya Chaudhry and Ritwik Bhowmik and director Anand Tiwari (also an actor, ‘Go Goa Gone’ and ‘Finding Fanny’).
Has the 10-part offering changed the face of Indian webseries? Quite possibly… listen to what Nat has to say…
