A NOVEL AFFAIR (#anovelaffair) – A sparkling evening of book chat and wonder

BOOKLOVERS brought together by us and www.globooks.net enjoyed an evening of conversation, wine, food and new friendships.
They were there for our first ever, A Novel Affair, on Friday (February 19), a literary event with a difference.
As well as two brilliant authors Roopa Farooki and Huma Qureshi reading from their work and participating in a short panel discussion, there was a book swap and a chance to network.
Both writers also graciously shared their tips for writing (see our short on social media, with Attika Choudhary asking the questions) and their experiences publishing their first novels. Roopa has six to her name and Huma had her first novel published in 2014.
