A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL out there!
Great to have you with us – please stick around and explore the site – we cover a wide range of stories across South Asian arts and culture. We are based in London, UK and have a British (Asian) and UK facing sensibility – but we are also very international – and cover prestigious festivals such as Cannes, among several international film festivals, Jaipur Literature Festival, Kochi-Muziris Biennale and similar… as we continue to expand our audio-visual output on both YouTube and Instagram, and we also update on X and Facebook.
We do a lot on independent South Asian films that get international releases. We don’t routinely cover Bollywood – except with our monthly Bird Eye’s view from Mumbai, which looks primarily at Indian box office numbers.
We went live as a site on August 1 2013* (this is our official birthday) – the site isn’t quite 13 yet but we continue to grow and have an exciting and unique vision – hop on our wings and see where we both go…
Over the year, there will be more changes, but do think about not just watching liking, sharing and commenting on our videos but consider supporting our work on YouTube, by using the drop down menu at the far end just below our video …

We are self-funded through advertising, sponsorships, private commercial (video) work and other funds – over the course of the year, you should start to see more of the first… and we are looking out for investment to fund the next stage of growth and expansion and take www.asianculturevulture.com to the very next level!
If you are interested in advertising, sponsorship, and supporting our work, say hello on this email
